摘要 固相分光光度法集分离、富集、显色、测定于一体,简化了分析手续,而且灵敏度和选择性均高于液相分光光度法.综述了固相分光光度法测定痕量铁的进展状况,及今后发展的方向. Solid-phase spectrophotometry combines the preconcentration of the species of interest on a solid matrix,with the aid of complexing agent and subsequent measurement of the absorbance of the complex in the solid phase.This provides an increase in selectivity and sensitivity with respect to conventional spectrophotometric method.In this paper,the achievements and future trends of solid-phase spectrophotometric determination of trace iron are reviewed.
