摘要
对电动汽车轮毂直接驱动用外转子永磁无刷直流电动机的电枢反应作了详细分析。通过对电枢槽电流分布的傅立叶分析和静态磁场分析,证明了电枢反应对气隙磁密和电磁转矩的影响可忽略不计。故为电机电磁设计时,把空载工作点的磁通近似看作负载工作点的磁通的结论提供了数值依据。
In this paper,the characteristics of the armature reaction of a PM Brushless DC Motor with Exterior Rotor Structure,which can be fitted with a wheel tire tl realize the direct drive for each wheel of an EV without any mechanical transmission,are analysed in details.With the aid of Fourier analysis and finite-element static magnetic field analysis,the result can be concluded that the effects of the armature reaction on the air gap magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic torpue can be neglected,so it provides the numerical foundation that the air gap flux of the no load work point can be approximately regarded as that of the load work point.
