电信投融资须走向多元化 回顾我国电信业发展历程,我们可以看到初期在国家优惠政策的影响下,我国电信业取得了快速、健康的发展.然而随着国家电信领域的改革,在取消了初装费、入网费后,电信企业普遍面临较大的资金缺口.同时国内电信企业的融资能力不强的缺点日益体现,并逐渐成为制约中国电信业实现由大到强这一转变的羁绊.只有引入多元化的投资主体,开拓适合中国电信业发展的多元化的投融资方式,才能为电信企业提供一条便捷的融资渠道,改善电信企业的资本结构,降低资产负债率,同时为有效利用海外资本、社会闲散资金和民营企业的过剩资本创造条件,并最终推进电信业实现由大到强的转变.

In the reform of telecom industry in China,the traditional close development is broken gradually,especially after China entering WTO.The capital structure of telecom enterprises changes from being simple to being more complex.The tendency of multi- investment becomes more and more clear not only from the aspect of investor but also investing method.In addition,multi-investment promotes the development of telecom industry,which is proven in the world.In view of the important impetus of multi-investment to telecom industry of China,in this issue 'New Telecom Salon' focuses on multi-investment.Some authorities in this field are invited to talk about all related things about the topic.The authorities include Zhang Xinzhu from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Shi Wei from Institude of Economic System and Management of State Commission for Development and Reform,and He Xia from Telecom Research Academv of MⅡ.
