摘要
用无特殊致病菌大鼠制作失血性休克动物模型,对失血性休克后肠道细菌易位与血中内毒素水平的变化进行了动态观察。发现失血性休克后所有动物均发生了肠道细菌易位。在复苏后5小时,肠道细菌易位达高峰,85%的标本细菌培养阳性,而后逐渐减少。血中内毒素水平也有类似改变。提示失血性休克后肠道细菌易位与内毒素血症是一个普遍存在的过程。
A dynamic observation of bacterial translocation and endoioxemia after hemorrhagic shock in SPF rats was made. Bacterial translocation was observed in all shocked rats, at 5 hours after resuscitation, the percentage of bacterial translocation reached top, 85% samples of bacterial culture were positive, then it was decreased. A similar change in blood level of endotoxin was discovered. The result indicaed that bacterial translocaton and endoioxemia is a common process after hemorrhagic shock.
