摘要
用同时测定血氧分压和血氧饱和度法直接测定了藏、汉族及高原红细胞增多症患者的血氧解离曲线。结果发现高原红细胞增多症患者较正常藏、汉族的血氧解离曲线明显右移,而藏、汉族间无明显差异。提示高原红细胞增多症者个体的血红蛋白与氧的亲和力特征可能与其血氧解离曲线的右移有关而与民族无关。
The blood oxygen dissociation curve was measured by simultaneous measuring partial pressure of oxygen (PO2) and oxygen saturation (SO2) in 18 Tibetan, 19 Han nationals and 12 high altitude polycythaemia patients (including 6 Han and 6 Tibetan nationals). Results showed that the blood oxygen dissociation curve in high altitude polycythaemia patients significantly shift to right comparing with the curve in normal Han and Tibetan nationality, but there was no obvious difference between normal Han and Tibetan ationality. Results suggested that the characteristic of hemoglobin in individual high altitude polycythaemia patients may be contribute to this right shift of blood oxygen dissociation curve and it was not related to nationality.
