摘要
用体外培养的人腹腔动脉、下腔静脉等血管内皮细胞,观察氯化钙及硝苯吡啶对其分泌AngⅡ的影响。结果是氯化钙处理后30分钟,AngⅡ分泌开始下降,持续24小时,96小时恢复到对照水平;硝苯吡啶处理后1小时,AngⅡ含量减少,2小时恢复正常。表明氯化钙及硝苯吡啶均对血管内皮细胞分泌AngⅡ有抑制作用。
The effect of CaCl2 and nifedipine on the angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) secretion was studied in cultured human venous endothelial tissues in vitro. After addition of CaCl2 (5×10-5mol) for 30 min, the Ang Ⅱ secretion decreased continuously until the change of culture medium in 24 hs and recovered to normal level in 96hrs. Nefidipine (5.8× 10-8mol) caused the decrease of Ang Ⅱ secretion in the first hour and it was back to normal in 2 hr. So CaCl2 and nifedipine as a medicine for hypertension inhibited significantly the Ang Ⅱ secretion.
