肺血管顺应性的变化和结构重组在肺动脉高压形成中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 本实验观察了慢性低压缺氧不同时间对大鼠肺血管顺应性和结构的影响,结果表明缺氧4天肺血管顺应性下降,伴有肺泡区非肌性小血管肌化增加;缺氧15天顺应性继续下降,肌化小血管数进一步增加,同时平滑肌中层增厚;缺氧40天顺应性、肌化小血管数和平滑肌厚度不再继续改变。提示缺氧性肺动脉高压的发展和维持与肺血管顺应性及结构的重组有关。 Dynamic changes of pulmonary arterial complaince and remodeling of vascular structure during chronic hypoxia were determined. The complaince reduced obviously during 4 days hypoxia, and correlated with the increase of muscularized vessels surrounded by alveoli. At the 15th day of hypoxia, the complaince turned smaller while muscularized vessels increased continuously and the arteriolar walls thickened.By the end of 40 days hypoxia, the complaince, the number of muscularized vessels and the thickness of arteriolar walls were similar with 15th day's.We conclude that there is a relationship between hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and arterial complaince and vacsular remodeling.
