摘要
研究了08Mn2Si双相热处理工艺参数对组织、性能的影响,确定了热处理双相钢制作高强度钢丝的生产工艺,按研究工艺生产高强度钢丝时不仅可取消铅淬火工序,而且所生产钢丝具有高的扭转次数和弯曲次数,抗拉强度能达到和超过1800MPa。
The influence of dual phase heat treatment schedule on microstructure and performance of 08Mn2Si have been investigated. Research has confirmed the technique to manufacture high strength steel wire by using IDP steels. The wire produced by optimized parameters which are designed in this paper has high value of Tn and Bn ,as well as high value of σb that is up to even beyond 1800MPa, also the Pb-bath quenching procedure can be abolished in this processing technique.
