Housing Industry and Energy Saving

日本推进与实施住宅产业化的实践,证明实现住宅产业现代化,是提高住宅质量、推动住宅建设节能的重要保证。我国政府也为促进住宅产业现代化的发展,两次出台了指导性文件,并提出了基本要求。从产业发展的角度而言,住宅节能应放到有限资源的节约与利用上来。

The practice of propelling and implementing housing industrialization in Japan proved that therealization of housing industry modernization is an important way to raise housing quality and propel energysaving of housing construction. For promoting the development of housing industry modernization, ourcountry proclaimed two guiding documents and stipulated basic requirements.From the viewpoint of hous-ing industry development, the housing energy saving should be regarded as important means of saving andusing limited resources.
