摘要
以大肠杆菌内毒素静脉注入复制大白鼠内毒素血症模型。观察了该模型动物中性粒细胞(PMN)功能的变化。结果表明,内毒素血症时外周血白细胞计数降低;肺小血管内有白细胞聚集;PMN吞噬细菌及产生活性氧能力明显减弱;趋化性明显受到抑制;PMN在静止时释放β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-g)明显增加;此外,PMN的糖皮质激素受体数目明显减少,而血浆皮质酮含量明显增高。
Endotoxemia was produced by injection of E. coli Endotoxin(10mg/kg) . Neutro-phils were seperated from peritoneal cavity by injection of glycogen.Neutrophii function was observed during endotoxemia. Results showed that endotoxemia could induce the decrease of peripheral leukocytes, aggregation of leukocytes in microvasculature, inhibition of neutrophil phogocytosis, chemotaxis and active oxygen production. β-g release was increased during resting state of neutrophil. The Neutrophil GCR was decreased, but plasma coiticosterone content was increased during endotoxemia,The significant of these changes were discussed.
