摘要
实验中用连续单相方波(波宽0.2~1.0ms,频率30~360Hz,电流强度1~70μA)刺激兔下丘脑室旁核,可抑制皮层诱发的下颌运动。刺激下丘脑背内侧核、腹内侧核、网状结构背外侧区和腹侧区观察到同样的结果,而刺激网状结构背内侧则对下颌运动没有影响。
Inhibition of coitically evoked jaw movements was observed in anesthetized rabbits by repetitive stimulation of the Paraventricular, dorsomedial and ventralmedial nucleus of the hypothalamus. The same results can also be found by stimulations in the dorsal-lateral or ventral parts of the reticular formation, but no inhibiiion effects were found when the stimulation site was in the dorsalmedial part of the RET. Some of the result were discussed in the paper.
