摘要
本文介绍应用胎鼠背根神经节(Dorsal root ganglion,DRG)细胞分离培养法评价神经生长因子(Nerve Growth Factor,NGF)生物活性及培养细胞的鉴定方法,并扼要叙述DRG组织培养法鉴定NGF生物活性过程中存在的问题。
