摘要
目的探讨综合康复疗法对断指再植后指功能恢复的作用和疗效. 方法再植术后48例成活的64指随机分成治疗组和对照组,在术后早期(1周-3周)、中期(4周-6周)、后期(7周-12周)采用相应的康复治疗措施。结果术后随访6个月,治疗组功能恢复优良率比对照组提高了37.15％(x2检验,P<0.01).结论积极的综合康复治疗,可有效的促进再植指运动及感觉功能的恢复,具有实用性和科学性。
Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on amputated fingers after replantation. Methods: Forty-eight cases with amputated finger after replant were divided into treating and control group. The comprehensive rehabilitation were taken at earlier (1-3W), middle(4-6W) and later stage(7-12W) after operation. Results: Compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate of function in the treating group improved by 37.15% on 6-months postoperative follow-up. Conclusion: Active comprehensive rehabilitation after replantion of amputated finger was important for the recovery of hand function. It possessed practical and scientific value.
