玻璃体切割在眼外伤合并眼内后极部异物取出术中的应用

Vitrectomy for Treating Ocular Trauma with Posterior Intraocular Foreign Body

目的:探讨玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤眼内后极部异物存留的方法、效果和并发症.方法:分析32例眼内后极部异物玻璃体切割术的病例,采用常规睫状体平坦部三切口闭合式玻璃体切割联合激光光凝和/或电凝,异物睫状体平坦部用异物镊夹出.结果:异物取出率96.88％,术后视力:提高26例,不变4例,下降2例,结论:玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤眼内后极部异物效果好,异物取出率高,同时可以处理多种并发症,能较好地恢复视功能.

Objective: To discuss the surgical techniques and effectivity of vitrectomy for posterior intraocular foreign body (PIOFB) removal. Metbods: 32 patients were treated with vitrectomy and removal of the PIOFB combined with lensectomy, IOL implantation, encircling, siliconeoil and cf injection, preoperative visual acuity (VA) with postoperative VA were compared. Results: The successful rate of the extraction of PIOFB was 98.66%. Followed more than 6 months, postoperative AV improved obviously. The number of cases with VA (0.05-0.3) increased from 11 to 22 and that with VA (0.4 and better ) from 0 to 2. Conclusion: Vitrectomy for posterior intraocular foreign body removal should be effective. Besides, it could treat various complications of PIOFB and postoperative VA could be improved as high as possible.
