摘要
用微孔滤膜法分别检测淋巴细胞条件培养液(LCM)和γ-IFN对培养的人主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)的趋化活性。结果表明,LCM对SMC有明显的趋化活性和较弱的化学促动作用;γ-IFN对SMC有明显的趋化作用和化学促动作用,在500U/ml浓度时其活性最强。提示动脉粥样硬化早期病灶中激活的T淋巴细胞可通过分泌γ-IFN(或伴有其它因子),吸引中膜的SMC迁入内膜。
The chemotactic activities of lymphocyte conditioned media (LCM)and y-interferon (γ-IFN) for human aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) were investigated by micro-ore filter assay. The results showed that LCM was significantly chemotactic and weak chemokinetic for SMC.γ-IFN was also significantly chemotactic and chemokinetic or SMC. The strongest chemotactic activities of γ-IFN was at the concontraction of 500U/inl. These results suggest that activated T lymphocytes in the early atherosclerotic plaque may have an important role in the migration of SMC into the intima during atherogenesis by secreting γ-IFN (or with other lymphokines) .
