摘要
介绍了IGBT扩容的并联方法 ,分析了IGBT模块并联运行时导致不均流的各种因素 ,提出了相应的解决措施 ,仿真分析结果证明了栅极电阻补偿方法的有效性。
To extent the rating range of current of IGBT, the parallel methods are presented in this paper. The factors led to current unbalances of each IGBT in parallel are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed. The effects are verified by simulation results.
