浅析我国涉外经济法学的研究与发展

On the study of foreign economic law subject in China and its development

文章介绍我国20多年来涉外经济法学的研究概况,分析了存在的问题与困难,在论证入世后我国涉外经济法不会消亡这一理论前提之后,对我国涉外经济法学的研究与发展提出看法。

The paper introduces the summary of the study of foreign economic law subject in our country in the recent twenty years, and analyses the existing problems and difficulty; after pointing out the theoretical premise that foreign economic law will not disappear, puts forward some suggestions on the study of foreign economic law subject in our country in the future.
