发电商之间的串通竞标分析及基于模糊理论判定 被引量:6

摘要 分析了电力市场环境下发电商串通报价现象,提出结合同步价格行为分析、报价合理性分析、控制力分析等因素,根据价格卡特尔判定原则,应用灰色关联分析和模糊判定理论进行发电商报价的串通竞标判定。分析过程中用隶属度函数衡量各影响因子代表的发电商串通报价可能性的程度,并利用变权法改变权重,突出薄弱环节。通过算例求解证实了该方法的可行性,并且给出了电力市场下有助于防止发电商串通报价的几点建议。 The collusion bidding of power suppliers in the electricity market is analyzed.Combined with the synchronous pricing behavior analysis,bidding rationality analysis and controlling force analysis,price cartel is adopted to judge the collusion in iterative bidding,in which the degree of incidence and fuzzy theory are applied.The membership grade function is used to analyze the collusion bidding possibility of the contributed factors and the variable weight method is used to show the weak point.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by an example.Suggestions are brought forwared to prevent the collusion bidding.
