摘要
提出了一种利用绝缘栅双极晶体管IGBT(InsulatedGateBipolarTransistor)构成的固态断路器,并且针对IGBT的特性提出了采用数字信号处理器DSP(DigitalSignalProcessor)芯片对其实现控制的方法。对交流的过零检测及在任意时刻导通和关断控制IGBT给出了设计思想。介绍了在固态断路器中采用改进半波傅氏算法实现对交流量采样及计算,以实现对IGBT固态断路器监测的原理,还给出了对IGBT控制的信号逻辑关系并对其进行了仿真。利用EXB841设计了IGBT静态开关的驱动和保护电路,经过试验可以满足对IGBT的控制、驱动和保护的要求。
The IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)is applied to form the static switch and the DSP(Digital Signal Processor)chip is used to control it according to IGBT characteristics.The design ideas of AC zero-crossing detection and on-off switching at any given time are presented.An improved half-wave Fourier algorithm is adopted in AC sampling to monitor IGBT static switch.The logic relations of the signals ,which control IGBT ,are given and simulated.The drive and protection circuit applies EXB841to meet the demand of control ,drive and protection ,which is validated by experiment.
