柔性交流输配电系统技术的发展要求其定义更新 被引量:10

摘要 描述了柔性交流输电系统FACTS(FlexibleACTransmissionSystem)技术定义的改变过程。介绍了曾有过的权威性定义并分析了其局限性。然后,介绍了IEEE协会中的PES学会给出的沿用至今的定义。指出近期由于出现旋转型新式控制器对“静止型控制器”的概括提出了质询,以及随着FACTS技术在输电系统中应用功能的扩大,该定义受到了新的冲击。概括了新显示的FACTS技术的本质特点,并在此基础上提出了新的FACTS技术定义建议,可供专家讨论和修改。 The process of FACTS ' definition change is described.The previous authoritative defini - tions are introduced and their limitations are analyzed.The existing definition given by IEEE PES is then introduced.The appearance of rotary new type controller results in inquiry into the summary of static type controller and the application functions of FACTS ( Flexible AC Transmission System ) technology in transmission system are expanded ,which have the impact recently on the existing definition.The essential features of FACTS technology founded now are surveyed ,and a new definition for FACTS is suggested ,which is provided for experts to discuss and modify.
