摘要
德州发电厂发生了有6台断路器相继跳闸、2台机组停机、停机过程中5号机组误投以及多种保护动作的重大事故。经分析从整体上弄清了如何对继电保护大范围动作、断路器大面积跳闸的行为进行评价的思路,解决了是一次系统的复故障导致了保护的正确动作还是保护大面积的误动作造成了断路器跳闸的问题。经多方面检查与分析找出了继电保护误动作以及停机过程中5号机组误投的原因。
A serious fault occurred in Dezhou power plant with six breakers tripped in turn ,two generator units shut down ,and many protective relays functioned.Both macro-analysis and micro-ana-lysis are applied to determine whether the multi-fault of power system causes the proper functions of protective relays or the multiple malfunctions of protective relays cause breaker trips.After exten-sive check and analysis ,the reasons of protective relay malfunctions and#5generator unit in-correct operation during the incident are finally found out.
