摘要
针对传统悬臂梁理论计算轮齿弯曲应力的不足 ,本文在ANSYS软件中采用从低级到高级的建模方法对准双曲面齿轮进行三维实体建模 ,并对齿轮进行分析 ,收敛计算到足够的精确度 ,得到了满意的结果。文中采用了合理的分割方法对轮齿进行切块、选用六面体单元划分网格 ,根据赫兹理论对齿面瞬时接触椭圆施加半椭球分布压力 ,分析结果更准确。该建模方法易于实现参数化建模 ,为复杂零件的三维实体建模提供了一个思路。
Regarding to the shortage of bending stress on the gear tooth for the conventional project beam obtained from the theoretical calculation, this paper has described the 3D model setting for the hyoid gear with the modeling method from junior to senior levels and analyzed the gear as well so that the sufficient accuracy from the calculation has been collected with the satisfaction results. An reasonable dividing method is adopted to cut the model to get the hexahedron elements. According to Hertz theory the half-ellipsoid distributed force has been loaded on the tooth surface instantly, and the results of which are more accuracy. This method is easy to be used for building up the parameterized model and provides the 3D solid modeling of the complicated parts with a new thought .
