摘要
为了全面分析中点电位平衡问题,建立了一个三电平变换器的数学模型,分析了三电平变换器中点电位不平衡的原因,详细地讨论了空间矢量控制方法中不同矢量对中点电位的影响。最后,实验研究了一种基于检测直流侧中点电流的方向和直流侧电容电压的大小,来平衡中点电位的滞环控制方法。实验结果验证了该滞环控制方法平衡中点电位的有效性。
In order to analyze the problem of neutral-point voltage balance which is caused essentially by the three-level inverter,a math model of three-level inverter is built.The influence of different voltage vectors on the neutral-point voltage is analyzed.A hysteresis SVPWM balancing the neutral-point voltage is studied by experiment.The comparison to the conventional SVPWM verifies the validity of the hystersis SVPWM.
