摘要
采用Windows操作系统下外围设备的硬件中断并合理运用Windows的抢占式、多线程机制,可以有效地解决全软件数控系统的插补计算及位置控制的实时性问题。介绍了一种基于Windows2000的全软件数控系统,主要阐述了数控系统软件的功能与结构和I/O适配卡的硬件原理。实践证明,这种前后台结构的数控系统的研制是成功的。
The real-time control is the key problem in developing full software numerical control system. It can be solved effectively by the peripheral hardware interrupt under Windows operation system and its multi-thread method. This paper introduces a numerical control system of full software which is based on Windows2000 platform and describes the function and structure of its software, as well as the principles of the I/O interface card's hardware. it's proved by practice that the research on this kind of NC system was succeed.
