摘要 感应电机矢量控制的研究中,需要对感应电机启动、运行过程中的信号进行采集、保存、显示和分析。而数字存贮示波器和现有测试仪器的采样速度和存储容量有限,所以介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的感应电机矢量控制的测试系统以解决这些问题。结合实例说明了这套测试系统的应用,给出了实验结果,分析了感应电机定子电流谐波和电机同轴度的关系。本测试系统的动态反应性、实时显示效果和智能性都良好,能同步准确的反映感应电机矢量控制的电流波形。 In the research of vector controlled induction-motor, the signals during induction-motor starting and running need to be sampled, stored, displayed and analyzed. However, digital oscilloscopes and current measurement instruments have limits both in sampling rates and storages, so a test system based on virtual instrumentation for vector controlled induction machine drive is introduced to solve these problems. The application of this test system is described with examples and the test result is presented. Additionally, the relationship between stator current harmonics of induction-motors and the coaxal degree of electric machines is analyzed. The test system has a good dynamic response, real-time display and intelligence, which can reveal the current waveforms in vector controlled induction-motor drive synchronously and precisely.
