摘要
发电公司在制定发电机组检修策略时因信息的不确定性需要适当计及风险的影响,亦即需要进行风险管理。文中在机会约束规划的方法框架下,针对所研究的发电公司为价格接受者和非价格接受者这两种情况,以预测的市场电价为基础,发展了描述电力市场环境下计及风险约束的发电公司最优检修策略问题的数学模型,提出了转化为确定性等价类和蒙特卡罗仿真的求解方法,并通过模拟算例验证了所提出的方法的可行性。
Based on the estimated market clearing prices of electricity, an investigation is made of the optimal strategy for maintenance scheduling of the generating units with the risk taken into account in the methodological framework of the well-developed chance-constrained programming. Specifically, two scenarios are dealt with in detail, i.e. , for the two cases where the generation company studied is/is not a price taker in the electricity market operation. Mathematical models and solving methods for the two cases are developed. Examples are given to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed method.
