多电平逆变器载波调制与空间矢量调制的等效关系 被引量:14

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MULTILEVEL SPACE-VECTOR MODULATION AND MULTILEVEL CARRIER-BASED MODULATION

摘要 目前对于载波调制和空间矢量调制这两种调制方法之间的关系在多电平领域尚缺乏系统的理论分析与比较。文中在一种通用的多电平空间矢量调制算法的基础上,对多电平空间矢量调制和载波调制方法的开关状态及其作用时间分别进行了详细的解析分析,系统地研究并证明了当采用同样的参考电压时,两种方法之间是完全等效的,并且分析方法和结果普遍适用于任意电平数目的情况。进一步分析了这两种调制方法之间等效关系的本质,通过具体试验结果和应用示例验证了这种等效关系并说明了这种等效关系的意义。这两种多电平调制方法之间的等效关系将使多电平脉宽调制控制策略可以在一个统一的体系下进行研究。 The relationship between space-vector modulation (SVM) and carrier-based modulation for multilevel inverters is still unexplored. Based on the universal multilevel SVM method proposed, the switching sequences and their corresponding dwelling times are analytically analyzed and compared for multilevel SVM and multilevel carrier-based modulation methods, respectively. The equivalent relationship between the two modulation methods is explored and established. The analysis and conclusions on this equivalent relationship are applicable to any number of levels. Furthermore, the experimental results and application examples of this equivalent relationship as well as its significance are presented. By using the equivalent relationship between the two multilevel modulation methods, the pulse width modulation (PWM) strategies for multilevel inverters can be studied in a unified system.
