摘要
介绍了利用Visual Fortran实现一套变电站防误系统仿真算法,在此基础上利用Microsoft基础类库(MFC)和面向对象技术实现一套快速仿真建模系统。防误系统算法的实现借鉴了IEC61850标准中间隔的概念,以间隔为基本单元,依照模块化建模的思想,将防误模型的功能分为刀闸闭锁逻辑和刀闸操作控制逻辑。程序实现上采用面向对象技术,基于Rational Rose 2001和MFC进行设计和开发。该系统及算法可应用于所有基于STAR-90内核的仿真机支撑系统。
This paper describes an algorithm by Visual Fortran for the substation simulation to prevent mal-operation. Based on this algorithm, a quick modeling system by Microsoft foundation class (MFC) and object-oriented programming technique is presented. The algorithm is implemented by referring to the concept of the bay in the IEC 61850. With the bay as a unit and employing the modularizing modeling concept, the function of the mal-operation preventing model is classified as the switch's latch logic and the switch's control and operation logic. The program is implemented with the object-oriented programming technique and developed according to Rational Rose 2001 and MFC. The system and algorithm are applicable to the simulation system with the STAR-90 kernel.
