摘要 首先简述了基于DSP的步进电机控制系统及步进电机的细分控制原理,给出了步进电机的驱动接口电路。重点论述了上位机与基于DSP的步进电机控制系统之间的串行通信设计,上位机使用VC++的MSComm控件实现串行通信,给出了DSP的串行通信的硬件接口电路,并给出了部分程序代码。实验证明,实现监控此方案可行有效。 In order to realize host computer monitors the control systems of stepper motor based on DSP, the paper briefly describes the control systems and the theory of division control, and the drive-interface circuit for stepper motor is given. The serial communication between host computer and the control systems of stepper motor is mainly discussed. Host computer realize serial communication with Microsoft Communication Control of VC++, and the DSP'S hardware interface circuit of serial communication is given. Specific programs have been given. Experimental results prove the method is feasible and effective to realize monitoring.
