摘要
介绍了日本火力发电锅炉用钢管的发展现状。目前 ,日本火力发电技术的发展是以提高其发电效率为重点 ,锅炉蒸气条件是从超临界压向超超临界压 (VSC)的方向发展 ,即提高锅炉的蒸气温度和蒸气压力。为了满足火力发电发展的需要 ,日本钢铁公司已开发出低合金钢、铁素体、奥氏体耐热钢管 ,正在研制开发Ni基合金等管材。
The article introduces develop status of pipe for generate electricity boiler.At present,the development of generate electricity technology is to increase its generate electricity efficiency as emphasis.The direction of steamer conditions of boiler develops from ultra critical pressure to VSC,i.e.to increase the steam temperature and steam pressure of boiler.In order to meet the demand of generate electricity,Japan Steel Co had developed out low alloy,ferrite,Austenitic thermal resistance pipe and is under developing to exploit Ni base alloy tubular,etc..
