针对三相不平衡对地电容、消弧线圈接地和单相电阻接地 3种情况 ,用简单的作图法确定中性点位移电压的相量位置 ,同时指出 ,其大小可用对地电压的均方值表示 。

In cases of unbalanced three phase line capacitances, arc-extinguishing coil grounding and single phase resistance grounding, this paper determined briefly the phasor positions of neutral potential and its value can be expressed by the mean square value of three phase-to-ground voltages, no matter where the neutral potential vector stays.
