摘要
利用我们自行研制的电磁场聚焦手术器,观察其探头直径的变化对汽化正常脑组织的效能及邻近组织损害的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内随着探头直径的增大,其汽化效能增加;与其相一致,对邻近组织损害范围亦相应加大。
n Electromagnetic field focusing(EFF)scalpel has been developed by Nanjing
RailwayMedical College and Beijng Zhongke Electric Corperation. The effect fo EFF probe in
different di-ameters on vaporization of normal brain tissues and their surrounding lessons was
investigated.Experimental results show that the greater the diameter of the EFF probe has,the
quicker thevaporizing rate,and the more serious the lesions in the surrounding tissue.
