急性重症闭合性颅脑损伤的CT检查结果与预后

ACUTE AND SEVERE HEAD INJURY:A CT STUDY AND OUTCOME EVALUATION

作者报告重症闭合性颅脑损伤４７例。根据ＣＴ表现将病例分组，分别研究颅内血肿的部位、脑室脑池受压、中线移位以及ＣＴ正常时与预后的关系。结果表明，ＣＴ能反映重症脑伤后的结构变化，结合临床表现综合分析，可以有效地判断预后。

orty-seven cases of closed head injury(GCS=3～8)are reported.CT scans were carriedout and the follow-up was more than six months. The relationship of the outcome to the quan-tifications of intracanial hematoma,pressure of the ventricles and cistern forms,midline shift,normal CT scan are studied.The results showed that the CT changes of the injuried brain aftersevere head injury may be predictive for the outcome with reference to clinical findings.
