纳米复合粉体提高传统有机绝缘漆性能研究

摘要 研究了纳米复合粉体提高绝缘性能的方法.采用高频老化实验对变频漆的耐变频性能进行测定,结果表明,纳米复合绝缘材料在变频电机中使用寿命比普通绝缘材料提高7倍以上,且纳米颗粒分散工艺对材料性能影响较大.还对纳米材料提高绝缘材料耐变频性能的机理作了初步探讨,研究了氧化锌阀片侧面纳米复合绝缘漆的耐大电流冲击绝缘性能,结果表明,经纳米改性的传统侧面绝缘漆的耐大电流冲击性能超过1EC 60099 4国际标准. The paper discusses the method for improving the performance of insulating materials by nano composite powder. By utilizing high frequency aging testing, the high frequency resistance property of the nano composite varnish is measured. Results show that service life of the nano composite varnish in the Inverter-fed Motors was improved to 7 times of that of the traditional insulating varnish, and the disperse method of the nano composite powder could significantly affect the properties of the nano composite insulating varnish. The mechanism of the phenomena is also discussed in the paper. The standard 4/10μs pulse current testing is utilized to study the large current pulse resistance of nano composite side insulating varnish for zinc oxide varistor. It is pointed out that the large current pulse resistance of the side insulating varnish by adding nano composite is higher than that of International Standard IEC-60099-4.
