摘要
转轮法即将成为 IEC 合成绝缘子正式标准中的试验方法。为研究转轮法对硅橡胶合成绝缘子的筛选能力,以及不同试品参数对试验结果的影响,文中对不同成分配方、不同伞型的硅橡胶合成绝缘子进行了交流电压下的转轮法试验,并分析了试验中试品失效的原因,试验结果表明,转轮法对试品的材料性能和设计缺陷都有一定的筛选能力,并能在一定程度上重现合成绝缘子的现场运行情况。此外,试品伞型对试验结果也有一定的影响。
Tracking wheel test will soon be adopted as a formal ageing test of IEC document. To investigate the filter ability of this test method and the affection of parameters of different samples on the test result, the silicon rubber composite insulators with different components and composition and those with different shed shapes were tested by tracking wheel tests energized with AC voltage, the failure reasons of tested samples were also analyzed. The test results show that the tracking wheel test possesses a certain degree of screening ability for the material property and design defects of the samples, and to some extent the on-site operation situation of composite insulators can be revealed. In addition, the shed shape of samples also affects test result to some extent.
