液晶润滑添加剂对改善机床导轨爬行运动的研究

Research on the liguid crystal lubricating additive for improving stick-slip of machine tool guideway

本文研究液晶添加剂的实际润滑效果，将一定浓度的液晶直接加入到Ｎ３２机械油和ＨＵ－２０汽轮机油中，并在ＣＭ６１４０机床导轨上分别进行连续运动和点动实验。

In this article, the actual lubricating effect of liquid crystal additive is investigated. The liquid crystal with definite concentration is directly added to machine oil N32 and turbine oil HU-20, and experiments of continuous motion and jogging are carried out on lathe CM6140. The result of investigation shows that the liquid crystal additive has good effect in preventing stick-slip.
