Economic features of China cement industry in 2003 were summerized in this paper. The acheavements --(1) NSP technology has gained a quite great progress,(2) structure of products has been ameliorated rapidly,(3) large enterprises have remarkably expanded--acquired by impelementing the policy of macro regulation were introduced on emphases. At the end of 2004,Conch Group will have gained the clinker production capacity of 49.95 million tons, and this capacity will be at least the 7th in world cement industry. China cement industry will come into a healthy developing period quickly.
