摘要 在阐述预分解窑耐火材料的设计、选用、配套和损坏机理的基础上,详细介绍了耐火材料的合理使用方法和使用经验.要延长耐火材料的使用寿命,除了保证耐火材料本身质量外,施工时应注意加水量、养护和排气孔(尤其是窑头罩部位)的设置;烘窑时应根据耐火砖的性能合理制定烘烤升温曲线并控制升温速度(通常为30~50℃/h),在冷窑升温时要尽快通过60~295℃温度区,以防氧化镁的水化;在正常生产中,要维持工况稳定,保护好窑皮,避免系统频繁开停等. On the base of expatiating the designing,choosing, collocating and deteriorating mechanism of NSP fire-proof material,the rationalizing usage and experiences are introduced in this paper.In order to prolong the life-span of fire-proof material, Besides guaranteeing the quality, during construction,we should pay attention to the water amount, curing condition and air vent (especially in burner hood) setting, during kilning period, baking-heating up curve should be set down according to refractory performance and the heating speed( which should be controlled usually on 30~50 ℃/h) , and the temperature zone of 60~295 ℃ should be passed as quick as possible to avoid aquation of magnesia when heating the kiln, during production, we should maintain performance stable,protecting clinker coating and avoid system switch on & off frequently,etc.
