摘要
浙江虎山集团有限公司在2500t/d熟料线建设中,对可供选择的各种原料粉磨系统方案进行比较后,选用了国内开发生产的HRM立磨。在介绍HRM3400立磨工作原理、结构特点和工艺流程的基础上,对该磨在生产运行中出现的问题,如:磨辊轴承易损坏;液压缸与动臂连接销子拆卸、装配困难;保压困难和选粉机分离器转子转速偏低,达不到选粉要求等问题的原因分析及其整改措施作了重点介绍。通过整改,运转率达到80%,产量稳定在180~200t/h之间,电耗只有15kWh/t。
In the construction of Hushan Group 2 500 t/d clinker production line, HRM vertical roller mill which be developed produced in-country was choosen after comparing all kinds of raw material grinding system schemes available.On the base of introducing working mechanism,structural feature and technic process of HRM3400 vertical mill, troubles met in running and the solutions were introduced on emphases.Through inprovement,its running rate reaches 80%,the output is stable between 180~200 t/h,the electricity consumption is only 15 kWh/t.
