摘要
2004年2月19日至20日,一场罕见的持续大雾,造成上海、浙江和江苏的6回500kV线路多次污闪跳闸。介绍了事故情况并详细分析了这几起局部污闪的原因,针对这系列污闪事故提出了相应的反事故措施,探讨了500kV线路防污工作的方向。
Pollution flashover caused multiple trips of six 500 kV lines in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces due to an unusual heavy fog from Jan. 19 to 20 of 2004. The process of the accident was introduced and reasons of the partial pollution flashover were analyzed. Aiming at this series of pollution flashover accidents relevant anti-failure countermeasures were put forward and the destination of anti-pollution work for 500 kV lines was discussed.
