摘要
结合神经网络和专家库系统对地区电网进行短期负荷预测,利用神经网络的非线性函数逼近能力进行基本负荷预测,在此基础上结合天气专家库系统再进行负荷调整。此方法已用于地区电网负荷预测,预测结果表明此方法是实用有效的,精度满足实用要求。
The paper presents a hybrid model for short-term load forecasting of district power network,which integrates artificial neural network and expert system.The initial load is forecasted by the nonlinear function approaching of ANN,and then is adjusted by utilizing expert system.The presented model has been successfully applied to predict the load of a district power network.Satisfied prediction results indicate that it is practical and effective.
