摘要
针对中国网通在固网新业务开发和经营上存在的一些问题,提出网通公司要在固网新业务开发和经营的每个阶段实施精细化管理,包括新业务开发前可行性分析、开发管理、营销管理、新业务效益评价以及业务改进等,从而实现在合适的时机、以合适的资费向目标用户群有针对性提供固网新业务服务,并取得最好的新业务效益。
This thesis first pointed out China Netcom's problems in service development and management, then presented refined management in each phase, such as feasibility study for new service, service development management, marketing management, benefit evaluation etc. In this case, China Netcom could provide new service to target customers with best price at the right time.
