摘要
简要介绍了电器装配生产线的工艺流程和控制要求 ,详细介绍了利用PLC控制该生产线系统的硬件组成以及软件的实现。利用PLC内部富有资源对系统故障进行检测以及单组LED实时显示多项数据的一种新颖的翻页显示技术。
This article describes the process flow and the control requirement of apparatus assembly line. And the software implement and the system hardware compose of the PLC controlled line. We can take advantage of the PLC`s inter abundance resources to detect the system fault and get a new-page display technologe of several datas` real-time display in a single series of LED.It works in proper and satisfactory operational.
