永磁铁研磨实验装置磁路的计算分析 被引量:5

摘要 用永磁铁组成磁路,制作成磁力研磨实验装置,可用于零件的研磨或抛光加工,且永磁铁制作的研磨装置有许多优点。文中介绍磁路结构及技术参数,用磁导法及漏磁系数法计算永磁铁磁路,并确定磁路结构的几何尺寸等。 It can be used to abrade or polish different parts that the magnetic abrasive instrument consisting of magnetic passage-way of permanent magnet. This instrument is small in volume, light in weight and needs not support of electricity. In this paper, the structure, size and technical parameters were introduced and calculated by the methodology of magnetic conductivity and magnetic flux leakage.
