摘要
本文从建立数学模型入手,对ZJ034—1000kN全立式电机转子压铸机的压射机构进行优化设计,在确保增压过程中时间最短为目标量的前提下,采用复合形法,借助于计算机进行优化设计,得出合理的压射机构参数。
This paper carries out optimal design of injection mechanism of ZJ034—1000kN full vertical die casting machine for motor rotor, and obtains rational parameters of injection mechanism with the aid of a computer by using complex method under the prerequisite to ensuring shortest time as target quantity in the process of boosting.
