先导型电闭环比例节流阀的研究

Research on pilot electro-closed-loop proportional throttle valve

提出在开环可工作比例节流阀基础上再迭加电闭环的控制方法,解决了目前电检测比例节流偶在反馈通道出现故障时就无法正常工作的不足。应用这一方法,不采用积分调节,仍能使阀具有很高的控制精度,从而也改善了阀的动态特性。

An evident disadvantage existed in now used electric-feedback proportional throttle valve is that it will can not work when detecting or feeding back channel be in trouble state. So a new control method was put forward to overeome this. With this method, the dynamic performance of valve was improved. And the valve also get very excellent static control pricision without integrating regulator.
