本文首先总结了IP承载下一代网络所面临的主要问题,然后对ITU-T各研究组以及IETF对IP电信网相关标准的研究进展进行了简要介绍,最后分析了IP电信网对未来网络可能产生的影响。

This document gives a presentation of the main subjects of IP based next generation network , the IP QoS researching of ITU and IETF . At last ,the influence of IP telcommunication network on the future development of network is discussed.
