摘要
分析了组合机床转台反靠定位动作的内在关系及造成“弹离”的原因;分析了目前维修领域的几种排除“弹离”的方法及其不足之处,设计和讨论了几种排除“弹离”的缓冲保险油路。增强了组合机床工作的可靠性。
This paper analyzes the internal relations of actions of backing positioning in rotary table of modular machine tool and the causes of taking place 'ejection', discusses some methods of eliminating 'ejection', and designs a buffer-insurance circuit for eliminating 'ejection' to increase the reliability of the operation in modular machine tool.
