摘要
变量机构的设计实际上就是一种阀控缸的设计,在阀控缸设计中,所应遵循的最重要的基本原理就是功率匹配原理。这是系统能够正常工作,甚至好的性能的必要条件,尤其对大功率控制系统更为重要。在液压泵的变量控制中,有两种阀控缸形式:三位四通比例方向阀/伺服阀控制等面积油缸及三通阀控制差动油缸,本文首次给出了差动油缸控制形式下功率匹配点的解析形式。
The design of variable mechanism is that of valve controlled cylinder, and its most important principle is the power-matching principle. In the variable control of hydraulic pump, there are two forms of valve controlled cylinder, that is, three position-four port proportional directional valve/servo valve controlled equiareal cylinder and three port valve controlled differential cylinder. This paper gives out, for the first time, analytical expression of power matching point in the cntrol form with differential cylinder.
