摘要
介绍了SBA -P1发酵在线 pH温度智能控制系统及其在生产中的应用 ,并着重介绍利用pH曲线控制发酵终点 ,及时发现异常发酵 。
The application of SP1 fermentor with intelligent on-line pH temperature control system in fermentation industry is introduced in this paper. The paper specially focused on introduction of applications of fermentation termination control, abnormal ferment detection by pH curve, and ferment period shortening by temperature automation.
